libertarianism is about transgression, repentance and atonement. People start with the assumption that you're not supposed to violate anyone's rights. But unless you have a reasonable system of kind of transgression and and repentance, or whatever is atonement, then you don't have a good way of dealing with that situation. And this is sometimes used as a am by to attack lhibeterianist, to attack private property rights. i say the this is the wrong way to look at it.
