I'm not too sure if you've listened to this podcast before read the blog. We me and my wife started in real estate. And that was the best thing we ever discovered. But I definitely lent on that side as well, because there's so many different strategies you can do with real estate. So many people just we've seen in the last decade, because real estate prices have gone up and interest rates have gone down.
