How to Fly Without Jet Lag

The best thing to do is plan ahead. Make sure that you've been eating as healthily as you can. Don't be scared of having to, obviously don't do it when the seat belt signs on but get up and use the bathroom. If you are really doing it properly and you're starting before you go, you may not experience jet lag at all. And importantly, for many reasons, you are well hydrated.
