A lot of the work i've ben doing lately is like a training in in the stars, but really working with the managers. I would say every single company that i work with does not have enough focus on the activity. There's nothing wrong with drive and activity. The qualification needs happen on the cold call. If you're great, you can get your qualifications in while having that cold call conversation. And you should hold your account executives accountable for con ing qualification conversations.
