The overarching theme of the visit is overuse right. The recommendation to minimize or try to prevent overuse injuries in general is that you take the athlete's age. A lot of these young athletes who are over training their body significantly and we see a lot of these overuse injuries so it's a hard conversation to have with parents about well your gymnast is training 12 hours a week  and this is why they could potentially have more stress fractures, things like that.
