The Unwanted Gift I Received From a Friend

I had no registry or anything However a friend bought me a gift lovely I Opened it up after the party was over but the gift had no packaging It was two bibs some washcloths and a towel Essentials that we all need one with a baby shower. There's no packaging no plastic tags no labels Nothing almost like it was straight out of their own child's wardrobe. Is it unreasonable to be totally offended by this? I would have preferred a nice card It's not the monetary value But the fact that there was no thought into giving this gift just a total Re-gift or literally grabbed it out their own show in the bag thoughtless.
