Ener: I've found that, let's say, four to six has been ok if it's like a barbell overhead press. As you start to go up ind white and that rep range comes down, you're probably going to start having to compromise and use other muscel groups. So i think there may be some benefits to sticking to something in that moderate repbran and keeping the loads a little bit more manageable. And now i do my hangss. I finish every work out with just four sets ofa dead hangs for 30, forty five seconds. That's it.
