The Barry to Entry Is High for Value Alignment and Execution

i see it as across these kinds of programmes. You want the barry to entry to be high for value alignment and goals, so you make sure that people are aligned on values but low for execution. And it's tricky because, like, we're in open's first community. We have a really independent, iconoclastic and anti authoritarian user base  and so finding leaders who are willing to straddle both of those spaces is really totally exciting.
