Having a morning routine can set the tone for your day and it can also provide a sense of stability in an otherwise unpredictable world. resetting yourself can help increase productivity by providing this fresh start in a new perspective. This has been really key for me as someone with ADHD. But again, all of these benefits can come to you whether you're neurodivergent or not. Resetting is a way to do this more than once if you want in your day.
