In for me to shift where i am, i have to be able to make peace with where i am. And so when i acknowledge this is where i am,. i'm feeling left out. I'm feeling unheard, i'm feeling a little bit invisible and i'm feeling very codependent. So many of us struggle with loyalty for our parents. We tend to minimize what we've experienced in childhood.
