Semi-Arion Is Not a Term That Exists in the 4th Century.
A new wave of anti-Sabelians and anti-Marcellans coalesces in the 340s. They don't have great names partially because their own theologies get intentionally muddy, intentionally vague. You may see the label semi-arion applied to members if this new largely centered in the Balkans. Athanasius will keep calling them Aryans just like he always has been.
