i feel like the conversation about hybrid and the shifter being more flexible will, like it or not, employers be thrust upon them by this increasing kind of people power. So i think first, having the humility and the curious mind set to understand that very few things will work from the very beginning is really important. And then actually, you can't deviate from nerves, even if you want to. You have to personalize, and you can only personalize at the level of managers. People always need some structure.
