Is There a Single Member LLC?
A single member llc means there's one owner, and it's not. The nice thing about that is that this flows directly down to your own personal tax return. You're not filing a ten 65 partnership return to the i r s. It's clled, a disregarded entity, which is kind of nice. For those with a side hustle and stuff like that, are just a rennal. And remember, the llc protects you from what's going on in the business or the rental property from any liabilities.
