High Intensity Interval Training Protocols That Actually Work
When you run as fast as you can, you're at top speed for maybe eight to 12 seconds. But eventually you start slowing down and what starts happening your muscles start burning. That's where hi intensiy interval training comes in. The ten by one method involves ten one minute intervals followed by one minute of rest.
