How to Learn Craft in a Free Form

I find myself wanting to almost go back to some structured learning for my craft. I don't spend as much hands on time designing anymore. And I also think that technology has come a long way since I last did any sort of structured learning about best practices and things like that. So trying to figure out if there's a way I could learn in that sort of capacity rather than self-paced because I know I'm gonna struggle to make the time for it. Yep, that is a challenge.
