"We're in uncharted territory here. We have to be, I think, all very concerned right now that we're at the cusp of something really awful," he says. "How soon will we find out if that's happening or not? Well, let me put it this way. If the Fed were to do absolutely nothing, we would know on Monday because I already know that other banks are under pressure."
