It always hurts when somebody isn't pleased with our product or with our service. And i think a lot of that is we just don't communicate it properly to them. The customers that do have a negative first interaction, they come back and love us more than if that hadn't happened. That's really interesting that a lot of the causes of these issues are around communicating the product properly.
