Nearly 11% of US emissions come from agriculture. Cornsa is a wheat grass crop that can be used in the same way as corn and wheat. Unlike corn and wheat, cornsa is perennial, so it grows back on its own every year. We'll also hear about 16 new or improved crops that are being designed to survive in a changing climate.
