How to Use Docker Dev to Build a Development Environment

Dev environments are the ability for us to build share and kind of run an entire development environment. You can use a GitHub URL to create a new source from a template, essentially a dev environment template. And then there's this new compose dev yaml, which I don't know anything about. It's more or less still just a normal, I mean, it's a normal compose file. Just a dev environment is looking for a different default name for the file to use.
