The SEC Complaints Against Binance and Coinbase
This week is particularly interesting because all the focus is on two particular exchanges where a lot of these assets sit. The SEC came out with complaints against both Binance and Coinbase. I think the SEC is really honed in on their staking service, particularly in defining that as what they would deem to be a security. And so this is something that has been looming over the space, if you will.
