I Don't Think That the Housing Market Is Going to Cool.
When you watch mortgage rates, they the ten year treasury much more closely than they track something like what the fetis is planning to do in the next three to six months. A lot of these stocks, including the home builder e t f, have already corrected quite a bit. I don't know how they're gong to find a ton of upside from here as the housing market cools. Home prices are one of those things that are going to be a really legged, falling down piece of inflation.
