How Do You Change Your Brain?

I jump on my mini rebounder and just a lot of days period for five minutes throwing a podcast or an audiobook. My son knows this for years in the morning, especially when we lived out in wild wood in the forest. I actually did voice training to improve how I read my audio books. And female voices have a different effect on us and Tibetan singing bowls have an effect on us. So we can use sound to change our brain state.
