The History of Reduplication in Pluralization
It always seems interesting to me that reduplication is so common for pluralization just because it makes so much sense. Is there like a historical reason for that? Like certain cases came after pluralization started? Nope. I'm not that in-depth. I just thought it sounded like a fun way to do things. That's interesting. Anyway, getting back to Prettite's loss. Yes. It's used to form the- reduplication, forms the plural of sometimes. A very common use of reduplication. In Verms, it creates something he's calling the retrospective. So that's nifty.
