A acre trader is an investment firm that focuses on alternative assets. The company's original thesis was looking at the fractionalization of alternative assets in this world where equity prices are very high valuations and bond yields are incredibly low. They looked at a variety of different things, from art to collectibles to cars, memorabilia, all these different types of alternatives that people are investing in now. And when we did that, farmland stood out to them as the asset that had the potential to be the next big winter here.
