The Importance of Constitutional Amendments
Any reform that brings the plain meaning of the Constitution more closely into line with how our government actually operates would in my view be good. But to put it bluntly, I consider huge swathes of American constitutional law to be brazen lies. A country that wishes to change the Constitution to permit certain activities is far less likely to tolerate a Roe v. Wade or an Obergefell.
