The next level human podcast is designed to educate us all on living our most fulfilled lives through the mastery of these four jobs. One of the things that we need to understand whenever we are trying to create a life style, and that really is what we are doing, we are creating a life style that matches our uniqueness. As humans, we tend to have very particular behaviours that make most of the difference in whether we are healthy or not. For example, staying up late at night constantly and getting in a poor quality and poor quantity sleep has this trickle down effect that can ruin everything.
