If you're a cheap skate, you will attract cheap skates. You can never expect some one to pay you a premium price unless you yourself have done it. Our customers open at a rate more than quadruple the open rate of our free subscribers. So when some one pays, they use it more. It's very obvious. I think on a more emotional level, it can be really soul sucking to deal with nicholand dimers. That's part of my role. If you want to be able to charge premium prices, you yourself need to be a premium customer. And that alone is reason enough not to let alone the fact that you'r making more for your time doing
