Community Builders, I'm Not Doing Enough
Mattil: I keep promising to myself, I should not go back to hosting conferences and retreats. But I'm kind of like itching to do it though. So just like being part of a support group, having your own community as a community builder leader is super important. Mattil: As community builders, our role and purpose is not to be our members life raft. Like we aren't there to save them. We are there to provide a safe place for them to do what the purpose of the community is but they have to figure it out.
