Innovation - The Biggest Roadblock for Innovation

In the start up environment, you know, maybe we oure product is a word processor an were responsible for that whole thing at microsot. That scale makes a big difference exactly. It's good for us as product people to be thinking about, even if we're not necessarily involved in that launch, what does have to happen there. Theteth the biggest issue, or the biggest road block for innovation is no basically being very skeptical of change, or hesitating to make changes in your process.
