The FDIC and Citizens Bank's Acquisition of Citizens Bank
The FDIC knew this bank as its primary federal regulator. It's a bank that I think had previously purchased CIT, which previously purchased IndyMac. So ironically, now former IndyMac and SVP and CIT are all under the same umbrella. But you know, the bank that ultimately won this bid had the wherewithal to make it work.
