How to Treat Nasal Obstruction

The commonest operation I perform is called a functional rhinoplasty. It essentially takes out the cut, the septum and then puts it back in with cross-lamination between the upper lateral cartilages - all the way down to the tip. Intranasal steroids only come into effect and are effective after using them for 6 weeks in total. A breathe right strip sits at the junction of your intranasal valve and stents your nose open. Another product which you can trial to improve the breathing through your nose is trialing a snore bin. Just over 97% of patients that I operate on have it improve following an operation.
