Are You a Woman in the Tich Industry?

Ayen: I would love to listen to more podcasts where there's female guests talking about tacking away the reda digestible, you know. Ah, for me, like the first company that i worked with that was in the tech industry was back when i first graduated from university. And so something that i would like to say to other females in the tich industry is, don't devalue your work. Work on your craft, and maybe also work to understand what your what your co workers are doing. But it doesn't it doesn't matter if they're men or women. What matters is the value that you bring to the company. And a, so just focus on that
