Oil Time Spreads - What's Going On?

Bob Greene: I think the most important observation, $80 was an upper target for a swing high. And one of the things that I'm going to be watching for is if the bulls continue to in a very healthy way consolidate the price here above its previous highs. He says we're likely to see all of these month spreads move higher into the 70s and 80s. Bob Greene: It's time to roll this to Z2 Z3. That just means structural increase in the price of crude oil.
