The Process Isn't Fair. It's Not Fair.

Companies and universities are companies. I've said it 47,000 times behave like this. They will just run you the fuck over if it's inconvenient. If you threaten their bottom line, they will do what all big, dumb, scared animals do. And that is they will try and hit you. So put to one side the illusion that some sort of fairness will come like charging through like the Marines. The process doesn't work like that for me in the regular commercial world.
