Sean emailed us, saying he loves to listen to Newscast while in the gym. He asked how many steps does Chris Mason do in a typical day? Well, I don't have one of those swanky watches that counts these sorts of things. If I had a health app or my phone, if I deleted it so I didn't see my own appalling record, I would have done at least 12. But on steps and not drinking before 10,30 at night... So, you get no sleep, you get hardly any food, but you're not drinking booze and you're running roundly. Exactly.
