A leadership paradox is the need for a leader to display seemingly contradictory behaviors or attitudes. In this particular season of world history, i think leaders stand above the others because they display paradoxes. I have noticed in myself, as i've attempted to embody these i'm much savier and wiser. It's soft skhools, not just hard schools, that differentiate leaders. The goodness is weakan our i ce doesn't change very much. Our e c can be developed, thank god.
