Nick Gillespie: I really dislike venture capital culture particularly in Silicon Valley and there's a few reasons why. He says the main one is just the lack of transparency on performance. In crypto VC as well there's a lot of short term greed focus, he adds. "I would really love to see a culture where people are talking about DPI and IRR"
