How Do I Localize the Most Probably Source of Bleeding in a Patient?
The AIM65 score is a great way to sort of provide some objective documentation. The GBS score can sometimes save a patient having to actually come into the hospital and just get expedited GI follow-up as an outpatient. So now that we've touched on the risk stratification let's just return to how Naveen you think about really localizing the most likely source of bleed so assuming this is not a varicyl bleed or at least doesn't seem like it in the description of the stool is most concerning for an upper source.
