But my sister, for instance, she is going to sedan this summer and apparently food is very insecure there - especially for a vegetarian. She's been told that she needs to pretty much pack all of her food. So just the specifics, what are the specific steps that somebody follows once they start tracking their food and they start weighing themselves?Kohn: Well, in her case, we would specifically say that the maintenance she tracks here are probably going to be different than the ones in sedan as he'll be a little more active.
