The Strong Emergentist Panpsychism Will Deviate From the Predictions of Our Best Physics
The strong emergentist panpsychis can say the core theory is perfectly correct on its own terms. It's not just those properties running the show, there are also these new systems level properties. And when they emerge, they co determine how the brain will behave in conjunction with the causal capacities of particles and fields. So this is going to ultimately require detailed eory and testable predictions. But i don't think we should construe this as a conflict with physics. Because it's the same point with free will. I think people assume if there was strong libertarian free will, it would clash with physics. None the less, it's not a clash. This isn't violating physics.
