Women in the Workforce - How Women Affect the Economy

Women aren't reated fairly in india. They make up roughly half the population and yet haven't benefited from rapid development. For every ten % increase in women working, we see a five % increase in wages. Women also continue to do most of the unpaid work that helps prop up economies.
