The Viennese Ideal City
The pavilions feel so unusual it's like you've got the whole kind of idea of the Viennese ideal city at that point. They don't look super cheap I have to say building was cheaper in the old days though all those people coming in off the fields riveting certainly wasn't a big thing back then. Although they are expensive you can probably kind of hide that money in a big budget for doing the canal, he says.
