How to Evaluate a Public Company?
For companies that don't yet have a product, the little trickier, because how do you really evaluate such a company? The disclosure system that we have around publicly traded companies generally focuses on financials. If you don't have revenue, then the only thing you're looking at as expenses. And it's very hard for an investor to assess that. These companies that do go public will be subject to a tricky public life.
