But one of the things that i found coaching clients, and cause thre was a period of time where I used to have them break up their meals. A four to six times a day is because they had all these meals planned out,. They had something to eat every two to three hours. The space between meals is shorter. And when you're dealing with cravings and impulse actions or reactions, it's harder to control my impulses. When i'm pretty consistent with getting meals every 2, 3 hours, it's pretty easy for me to make good choices
