You Make a Flag Officer in the US?

Military, you're a hard charger of one kind or another. I don't think you lose a combat command for performance, you're not getting promoted, you're done. You have to tell the truth in both directions. And if you don't tell the truth about what's happening, then you're goin to end to put yourself in a situation where it goes, it goes bad.
