We get very complicated when we walk into this territory of gratitude and to withhold gratitude from others. You speak about having the courage to let ourselves down into the depths which gratitude opens up. And i wonder if you would just say a little bit more about how that has come to you, like how you have experienced letting yourself down into that depth. It's like you take this whole package of things that you don't particularly like to deal with, and you throw them in a lake - there are no resistances. That's the best i can do to express it....
