The Advantages of Working at a Non-Hierarchical Organization

Navarro is not a non-hierarchical organization. There isn't a particularly sort of strict management regime as it were. We're kind of left to our own devices. I was able to develop skills that otherwise I would have had to go back to Unifor or done an unpaid internship for. But because I've done it so many times iteratively different formats here there I can talk to a camera like it's my friend now.
