This might be the kind we invision with orbital rings or space towers. Or it might be a the entire planet is saturated in a wireless energy fierd provided by millions of power satellitesBeaming mikeways down from medium orbit and giant hanging turbines could suspend themselves in the sky for years at a time. So too, mike wave power jets might allow genuine orbits by sheer brute force all the way down to the carbon line. But far closer will often be preferable. And no, you don't really need to worry
