The disney company has been instrumental in making some of those things happen. So they basically they get together and i a waltz determining hat. And florida seems to be the best atmosphere for it. It's going to be an interleaving, an iterweaving of a disney so the theme par concept, industry, community and world progress. Everything's going to work together towards one sort of utopian goal.
