Sheena was living with her uncle saw where she lived at the neighborhood. Ruben explained that Angie had gotten into some trouble, fallen in with the wrong group of people and wasn't making the best decisions from a fairly young age. So whenever Sheena would go to work, the kids would roam the street and miss school. They wouldn't go to school because they know that Sheena couldn't come home because she had to take care of the kids. The cops over there and Santa Ana told her to get on welfare. And when they told her that she called me and she was crying for help.
